What is the Campaign for Kids?

Annually, our Board of Directors host Campaign for Kids with a goal of procuring gifts and attracting new partnerships for the Club. All of our dedicated Board Members have made a pledge of time and money for this campaign, but we also need the help of other individuals and businesses who care about kids to support our mission.

How are annual contributions used by the Boys and Girls Clubs of the CB?

Annual contributions support the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Columbia Basin’s general operating expenses, allowing us to provide professional, trained staff for our members. Your donations are also used towards funding the variety of programs we offer at the Clubs, and help to maintain materials and supplies as necessary.

Do gifts of all sizes really matter?

Absolutely! The more individuals who contribute consistently, the more our organization can count on a steady source of support for our Clubs’ youth and the programs we provide.

How long is the pledge period for a Campaign gift?

The initial Campaign For Kids takes place in May at our Annual Luncheon. However, Campaign for Kids is the basis for recurring donations and you are welcome to begin a pledge at any time.

How can I make my gift?

Gifts can be made by check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card) or cash. We can also assist you in establishing a monthly or quarterly gift payment schedule.

Is my gift tax deductible?

Yes, in most cases your gift is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Our organization’s tax I.D number is 91-1634789.
